Solitude, like sleep, is essential. Without it, I am wrecked. These voyages I make alone into wild places are necessary to heal. Time to process. A chance to dream. An opportunity to make sense of the deeper narrative. These presented objects are cargo — artifacts I’ve ferried back from the land of solitude — fragments of dream, retrieved from a distant shore.
