Sleeping Bag Liners are often overlooked and are actually an excellent investment. They are a cheaper and much more hygienic way of keeping your sleeping bag clean, as its much easier to wash and dry a liner than it is a sleeping bag. Sleeping Bag Liners add extra warmth too when used with your sleeping bags in colder conditions, and can also be used as a stand alone cover in warmer climates when it's too hot to sleep in your bag.

They come in various sizes and are made from different materials, mainly silk, cotton and poly-cotton. Silk liners are soft, light and quick and easy to wash and dry, cotton liners are more cost effective than silk and are warmer than poly-cotton, and poly-cotton liners are the most cost effective, light whilst also being easy to wash and dry.
